Olga Sacristán

Cognitive Therapy applied to stress, anxiety and depression. Professional English-Spanish interpreter.

In the clinical area, from 1995 to the present she has been teaching Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Techniques both individually and in groups. Since 1999, she has been teaching stress reduction courses with mindfulness in health centers, schools and companies. She is a Mindfulness Consultant and Mindfulness Specialist in Educational Centers accredited by the Spanish School of Transpersonal Development, Master in Mindfulness with the degree of Outstanding by the University of Zaragoza and University Specialist in Personal Development and Mindfulness with the degree of Outstanding by the University of Almeria. She is also a University Expert in Cognitive Therapy applied to stress, anxiety and depression by the University of Valencia.

She has been trained by the Global Mindfulness Collaborative up to the TAI level (Teacher's Advancement Intensive - MBSR Teacher -Training Level 1) in the MBSR Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program, with Dr. Vicente Simón in Mindfulness and Compassion (mindful self compassion program), with Dr. Vicente Simón in Mindfulness and Compassion (mindful self compassion program), with Dr. Gonzalo Brito and Geshe Thupten Jinpa in the Compassion Cultivation of Compassion Awareness Training (CCARE) program at Stanford University, with Dr. Geshe Lobsang Negi in the Compassion-Based Cognitive Therapy (CBCT) program at Emory University and with Dr. Javier García Campayo in Attachment-Based Compassion Therapy (ABCT) at the University of Zaragoza. She is accredited by the Mindful Schools Institute as a Mindfulness Instructor for children, adolescents and educators and by the Mindful Motherhood, Mindful Childbirth and Parenting and Listening Mothers Institutes as an Expert in Mindfulness Programs in pregnancy, birth and parenting. She is a Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology Educator accredited by the American Association of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH), USA. She is a specialist in Perinatal Mental Health from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She is a member of the panel of teachers and mentors of the Mindful Birthing Foundation.

She is a teacher for Sacyl in hospitals and primary care centers, and for the Teacher Training and Educational Innovation Centers of Castilla y León. She also works as an Executive Coach in Mentoring and Stress Reduction Programs with Mindfulness in companies and is a professional English-Spanish translator and interpreter.
